CrossFit CAN BE for anyone. That said, we’re not for everyone. This is not a quick fix. it will take you showing up regularly to get results. We have the programming you need to get kick-ass results but that doesn’t mean it will be easy.

If you are looking for something fun, exciting, challenging, rewarding, in a family-oriented space, you’ve found it!! We enjoy working with moms, dads, and kids. We are not looking to create competitive beasts, we actually just want to help you feel better in your clothes, avoid dad-bod, and keep you active and mobile so you can live independently for life. We know that independence for life may seem like light-years away, but that’s why we do what we do, so you can live a happy fulfilled life outside of our gym.

We have a variety of programs to help you (and your little ones) stay healthy and feel good.



Consultations generally take 30 minutes. We take that time to learn a bit about you, your goals, and how we can help. We also share about us and answer any questions you may have. All this takes place during class time so you can see a class in action.

We create the workout. From there, we alter this workout just slightly for all athletes, purely based on the goals of the athlete. This is not separate programs – it’s simply modifications or variations of the workout with your goals and ability in mind.

You’ll get into classes as part of your intro-to-CrossFit month. That’s how all of us start.

Group classes aren’t for everyone. Some of us need a little more attention. Some of us like a little more accountability. Some of us like the flexibility of not having to work into class times.

Private coaching provides you a fully tailored program suited to you, coached one-on-one, and gives you tons of flexibility.



Who says adults get to have all the fun? Establishing good movements and fitness through childhood and adolescence (ages 3-16) is our goal. CrossFit Kids provides children with physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and builds confidence.

Also, scientific research proves that exercise benefits cognitive function. So your little one will do better in sport and in the classroom.

This is a stress-free way to celebrate your little ones birthday. Parties consist of 60 min instructor led activity including games, skill work and a workout designed with the Birthday child in mind. It also includes 60 minutes of facility use. All workouts are age appropriate and can be scaled to any individual's needs, no previous experience is required.

An action packed camp to keep your little human active and occupied.

All participants will participate in offsite activities such as rock climbing, hiking, yoga, trampoline, sports. Kids will also participate in a CrossFit Kids class and activities or crafts in the gym.
