CrossFit CAN BE for anyone. That said, we’re not for everyone. This is not a quick fix. it will take you showing up regularly to get results. We have the programming you need to get kick-ass results but that doesn’t mean it will be easy.
If you are looking for something fun, exciting, challenging, rewarding, in a family-oriented space, you’ve found it!! We enjoy working with moms, dads, and kids. We are not looking to create competitive beasts, we actually just want to help you feel better in your clothes, avoid dad-bod, and keep you active and mobile so you can live independently for life. We know that independence for life may seem like light-years away, but that’s why we do what we do, so you can live a happy fulfilled life outside of our gym.
We have a variety of programs to help you (and your little ones) stay healthy and feel good.
We create the workout. From there, we alter this workout just slightly for all athletes, purely based on the goals of the athlete. This is not separate programs – it’s simply modifications or variations of the workout with your goals and ability in mind.
You’ll get into classes as part of your intro-to-CrossFit month. That’s how all of us start.

KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTIES
This is a stress-free way to celebrate your little ones birthday. Parties consist of 60 min instructor led activity including games, skill work and a workout designed with the Birthday child in mind. It also includes 60 minutes of facility use. All workouts are age appropriate and can be scaled to any individual's needs, no previous experience is required.
