WHAT IF I CAN’T DO SOME OF THE EXERCISES?

One of the most common concerns we hear from prospective members is that they’re worried they won’t be able to do all of the exercises. You’re right, you won’t be able to. Even people who’ve been training here for years still need to modify some of the workouts, and that’s okay. It’s not about being perfect, it’s abut getting a little bit better each day.
