It all started when…

she started CrossFitting in 2010. She says it’s allowed her to enjoy her life so much more by making her more capable and confident. "I love being able to share that feeling with others as a coach, and with my children as a parent," she says.

Steph’s favourite part of coaching is seeing her members realize how capable they truly are. "Those moments when you learn a new movement or lift a heavier load are amazing, but I also love seeing the confidence and determination of those who keep trying to push their limits," she says.
